Who can attend
Postdoctoral fellows and third-year PhD students are prioritized. Confirmation or rejection letters will be send out after registration deadline.
Practicalities
The 2025 Winter Meeting will be held on the Oslo ferry and at Norefjell Conference Center, Norway.
The meeting starts at the Copenhagen Ferry Terminal and home transport from Norway will also be by ferry, with the opportunity of drop-off in Frederikshavn.
Transportation and accommodation on the ferry and at Norefjell is sponsored by DCAcademy.
Presentations
All participants will either present orally or a poster. Presentations will be chosen from abstracts. You must follow the abstract rules.

No-show fee
Please note that the DCAcademy will charge a no-show fee of 2000 DKK if you do not show up and have not unregistered prior to start.
