Presentation Opportunities
PhD students are required to present their work, either as an oral presentation or a poster. Postdocs and research year students are invited to apply to present their research. All presentations will be selected based on submitted abstracts.

The Rising Star Award is presented annually at the DCAcademy Summer Meeting to recognise outstanding scientific achievements by an early-career researcher. The committee also values contributions to social initiatives by the nominee. Nominate here.
Cancellation and no-show fee
Registration by PhD-students follows the registration and cancellation policy of the Graduate School of Health and Medical Sciences, UCPH. Find their guidelines here.
For other attendees, a no-show fee of 2000 DKK will be charged, if you are not unregistered prior to the beginning of the meeting.
